How to Use GHK-Cu for Rejuvenation and Skin/Nail Health

- Sterile alcohol swabs
- 30g 1/2" scientific syringe (US) or basic insulin syringes
- GHK-Cu powder vial
- Bacteriostatic water vial (also known as "BAC water," 50ml or 10ml) Available on Amazon
Step-by-Step Guide:
Prepare the Vials
Remove the lids from both the GHK-Cu and BAC water vials. The caps should pop off easily.Sanitize the Vial Stoppers
Use an alcohol swab to clean the rubber stopper of the BAC water vial. Allow the alcohol to dry for a few seconds. Repeat this for the GHK-Cu vial.Draw the BAC Water
Using your syringe, draw 2mL of BAC water. If using a 1mL syringe, draw 1mL at a time.Reconstitute the GHK-Cu
Inject the 2mL of BAC water into the GHK-Cu powder vial. Note that you only need to do this once.Determine Your Desired Dose
Here are the general dosage guidelines:- Low dose: 2.5mg/day
- Medium dose: 5mg/day
- High dose: 7.5-10mg/day
Administer the Injection
Perform a subcutaneous (subQ) injection. There are plenty of tutorials available online if you need help with the process. Once done, replace the cap on the needle and dispose of it responsibly. Do not reuse needles.Store Your GHK-Cu
To extend its shelf life, store the GHK-Cu vial in the fridge.
Do I Need to Supplement Anything with GHK-Cu?
Yes, it's important to supplement with zinc. The human body typically operates on a 1:10 ratio of copper to zinc. As you increase your GHK-Cu dosage, you should also ensure you're getting enough zinc to maintain a balanced ratio and optimize effectiveness.
